Refunds / Returns

Impetum Industries offers a 10-day refund policy from the time of purchase.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing a final-sale item.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned to us.

  • Returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged upon arrival

  • Incorrect (not what you ordered)

We will resolve the issue under our lifetime warranty by replacing the defective or incorrect component at no cost to you.

We may request photos or the return of the item for inspection before issuing a replacement.

Lifetime Warranty

All products are covered by a lifetime warranty against:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Structural failure under normal use

  • Functional failure during intended operation

If a product fails, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion.

Warranty Limitations

This warranty does not cover:

  • Misuse, abuse, or improper handling

  • Unauthorized modifications

  • Damage caused by improper storage or environmental conditions

  • Limitation of Remedy Replacement under warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy for any defective or non-conforming product.

Limitation of Liability & User Responsibility

By purchasing or using our products, you acknowledge and agree that all products must be used responsibly, safely, and only for their intended purpose.

Impetum Industries is not responsible for:

  • Improper, negligent, reckless, or unlawful use of any product

  • Damage to firearms, equipment, property, or other items caused by misuse or improper installation

  • Personal injury, death, or accidents resulting from misuse, improper handling, modification, or failure to follow safe firearm practices

  • Wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or damage caused by abuse, neglect, impacts, or unauthorized alterations

  • Incidental, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products

Customers are solely responsible for:

  • Ensuring compatibility with their equipment or firearm platform before purchase and use

  • Following all local, state, and federal laws regarding firearm accessories and components

  • Proper installation, maintenance, inspection, and safe operation of all products

Use of any Impetum Industries product is at the user’s own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Impetum Industries’ total liability for any claim related to a product shall not exceed the original purchase price of that product.
