Refunds / Returns

Impetum Industries offers a 10-day refund policy from the time of purchase.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

You are purchasing a final-sale item.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned to us.

  • Returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Defective or Incorrect Items

We will resolve the issue under our lifetime warranty by replacing the defective or incorrect component at no cost to you.

We may request photos or the return of the item for inspection before issuing a replacement.

All products are covered by a lifetime warranty against:

  • Structural failure under normal use

  • Functional failure during intended operation

If a product fails, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion.

Warranty Limitations

This warranty does not cover:

  • Misuse, abuse, or improper handling

  • Unauthorized modifications

  • Damage caused by improper storage or environmental conditions

  • Limitation of Remedy Replacement under warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy for any defective or non-conforming product.
